SHIPPING POLICY


At Concept Aventuro, one of our main goals is to focus on high-quality and secure shipping options - so our customers can relax without worries until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.

To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. This way we can save a large part of the costs for storage, transportation, and packaging and we can offer you the products at a reasonable price.

As we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 8-15 working days to Denmark.

The delivery duration is calculated from pickup at our international transportation center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

Shipping to around the world:

We currently only offer shipping around the world. This ensures that we can maintain our standards for delivery time and customer service.

Total expected delivery time (estimate):

Denmark: 8 - 15 working days* (standard shipping)

*All delivery times above are exclusive of customs and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

What is the shipping cost?

As a special service, we currently offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide.

Track Your Order:

You can track your order on our 'track your order' page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's journey.



WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once the package is packed, it is handed over to our transportation company and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be sent in several partial deliveries.

Defective product?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transportation. In such cases, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase amount.



Lost a package?



In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before we switch to our



Refund and return policy.

Import duties In some cases, customs will perform checks on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has changed as of July 1, 2021 and unfortunately we have no influence on this. In some cases, it may be possible for customs to charge a small amount in import duties. But don't worry, we see that in 99% of

cases this will not happen. Will customs duty be charged anyway? Then please contact us.



Delivery when you are not at home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to your door or dropped off at a post office, Concept Aventuro has incurred the cost to deliver the package. If the package is not received or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct 15 from the amount you get back.

WHY IS THE TRACKING OF MY PACKAGE NOT WORKING?

In some cases, the carrier may need 1-2 business days to update the location of the package. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
